How can I renew an existing travel pass?
On Apple Wallet :
- On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
- Choose the Lignes d'Azur card.
- Underneath your Lignes d'Azur card, tap Buy Other Passes to buy the pass you’d like to renew.
- Follow the steps on the screen to confirm your purchase.
On Apple Watch :
- On your Apple Watch, open the Wallet app.
- Choose the Lignes d'Azur card.
- Underneath your Lignes d'Azur card, tap Buy Other Pass Passes to buy the pass you’d like to renew.
- Follow the steps on the screen to confirm your purchase.
On Lignes d'Azur Tickets App :
- Open Lignes d'Azur Tickets app, in Cards tab.
- Choose the Lignes d'Azur card
- Tap "Buy on this card"
- Follow the steps on the screen to confirm your purchase, pay, and add the selected Pass or Tickets to your card.
Please note :
- To have access to all the Products (Monthly and Yearly plans) you will need to have a Lignes d'Azur Tickets account and use Lignes d'Azur Ticket app.
- You might not see the entire range of Tickets and Passes depending on what is already provisionned on your Lignes d'Azur Card.
- eg 1 : you will only be able to renew your Monthly pass 5 days before it ends
- eg 2 : if you already have a Monthly pass you won't be able to buy any other Pass
