What should I do if I lose my iPhone or Apple Watch?

If an iPhone or Apple Watch is misplaced or lost, your Lignes d'Azur card in Apple Wallet will be suspended once the device is marked as “lost” in the Find My app or iCloud.com from another device. The card can be reactivated once your device is recovered.

1. Open Find My app, select the lost device.
2. Tap Lost Mode.
3. Enter a phone number and message.
4. Activate Lost Mode.
