Will I lose my passes when I move my Lignes d'Azur card between devices?
If you change your iPhone or Apple Watch, you can proceed in two successive steps to transfer your transport tickets to your new phone (or watch), first by backing up your dematerialised Lignes d'Azur card and then by recovering its contents on your new phone.
1. To back up the tickets on your iPhone, go to the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone, select your dematerialised Lignes d'Azur card, click on the context menu (...) > Card details > Delete (at the bottom) which starts the tickets to be saved.
When the tickets are saved, they are deleted from the phone.
2. Then, to recover the previously backed up tickets, go to the Apple Wallet app on your new iPhone, select the (+) button > Previous Cards, and then select the backup you want to recover.
If you have a Lignes d'Azur Tickets account (which can be created only via the Lignes d'Azur Tickets app), your Tickets and Passes are stored on "Ma Carte" and will remain linked to this account. You can recover them in a new Lignes d'Azur card installed in another device, as soon as you connect to your Lignes d'Azur Tickets account.
If you don't have a Lignes d'Azur Tickets account, during the setup of your new device (iPhone, Apple Watch), you can select the cards you'd like to transfer from your previous device. Your Lignes d'Azur cards will no longer be available to use on your previous device.
